Abstract
Relapse rates of all pre-existing mental health problems are commonly seen to be increased during COVID 19. Quarantine is a stressful situation which increases psychiatric morbidity through many different pathways. Policy changes which can promote tele-psychiatric services will play significant role in during the pandemic.
